Apartment Rules
1. Check-in and Check-out Hours
Entry: from 14:00.
Check-out: must be completed by 12:00 p.m. Guests staying after check-out time may incur additional charges.
2. Quiet Hours
In order to ensure the comfort of our guests, quiet hours are applied in our apartments from 22:00 to 08:00. Please refrain from noisy activities during these hours.
3. Smoking Regulations
Smoking is prohibited in our apartments. We have designated areas for smokers. Additional cleaning fees may apply to guests who violate the rule.
4. Coming with Animals
Unfortunately, bringing animals to our apartments is not allowed. For your comfort and the safety of other guests, please follow this rule.
5. Apartment Use
We ask that the property and equipment in the apartments be used neatly and correctly. Additional charges may apply in case of damage to any property.
6. Personal Items
Apartment management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We recommend that you store your valuables in a special safe.
7. Children and Extra Beds
We ask that children be supervised to ensure their safety. Additional bed requests must be notified in advance.
